KW Linfoot was founded by Chairman Kevin Linfoot in 1981 and developed a reputation as a quality house and apartment developer in the York area. In the early 90's there was a drive to reclaim major city centres as places to live and KW Linfot recognised the potential of Leeds as one of the most desirable cities for city centre urban living. Since then, KW Linfoot has become the leading residential developer within the city, with major developments such as The Quays, Whitehall Waterfront, West Point and Bridgewater Place. Current developments include the West Central Phase 2, which is one of the largest mixed use schemes ever proposed in the city and involves the construction of a 51 and a 26 storey tower designed by Ian Simpson Architects. In addition to the operation in Leeds, KW Linfoot are looking at developments in Dubai.
