Room Restaurants opened its first restaurant in Leeds in November 2002, quickly establishing Leeds as the head office for the company (they now have restaurants in Glasgow and Manchester). Room Leeds is now established on the dining-out circuit of Leeds and received a number of accolades (see below). With the economy of Leeds growing, the inward investment the city is receiving and the cosmopolitan feel of the city and its people, Leeds can and will compete with any major commercial city accross the world.
