Town Centre Securities PLC is a property investment and development company. We aim to maximize shareholder returns over the long term through the acquisition and active management of investments and developments with secure and improving income in good locations.

Town Centre Securities was founded in 1959 in Leeds by Arnold Ziff who remained chairman until his death in July 2004. The company floated on the London Stock Exchange in September 1960 and has grown and diversified from specialising in retail property to investment and development. Most activity is in the north of England and Scotland.

The property portfolio now exceeds £300m and annual income is approximately £25m. The development activity is focused on large mixed-use schemes close to transport interchanges. TCS has key sites in Leeds and Manchester that will undergo such development.
